Psalm 4:4

"Be angry, and do not sin. Meditate within your heart on your bed, and be still."

My thoughts:
"Be angry, and do not sin"
It's possible to be angry, but not sin. I think sometimes we forget this.
I believe that anger turns into sin when we hold onto our anger, and let it fester and control our lives. I think that the anger it's talking about here is righteous anger. Righteous anger is being angry about something that's wrong and is against God. For example, being angry that there is so much child abuse and exploitation going on in the world. However, righteous anger ceases to be righteous and becomes a sin when we go out and sin because of it. For an extreme example, killing someone who abuses children.
We can be angry, but we musn't let it (and Satan) control our lives.

"Meditate within your heart on your bed, and be still."
I think that this is showing how necessary it is for us to step back from the busyness of life, and sit quietly and meditate on the Lord and the things that He does.
We need to make the time in our life to rest in the Lord, be recharged by Him, appreciate Him, and worship Him with our whole hearts.

I'd be interested in hearing anyone's thoughts on this verse :)
